Ivy Group LLC, doing business as IVYRouteOps ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the IVYRouteOps mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Account Information: When you create an account or are invited by a manager, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role within your organization.

Profile Information: Drivers and managers may provide additional details such as driver ID, territory assignment, vehicle assignment, and availability preferences.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, device type, browser type, and IP address.

Schedule & Operational Data: The Service collects scheduling data, availability submissions, route assignments, delivery performance metrics, and payroll-related information as part of normal operations.

Authentication Data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile name and email address. We do not access your Google password.

Push Notifications: With your consent, we collect device tokens to send push notifications about schedule updates, availability requests, and operational alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

• Process payroll calculations and generate earnings statements

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these circumstances:

• Within your organization: Managers and administrators can view driver profiles, schedules, performance data, and payroll information as required for operations.
• Service providers: We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication, data storage, and hosting; Twilio for WhatsApp messaging; and other third-party services necessary to operate the platform.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement role-based access controls so that only authorized users can view or modify data appropriate to their role. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Operational data such as schedules, performance records, and payroll history may be retained for business and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting your organization's administrator or our support team.

6. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt-out: Disable push notifications through your device settings at any time.
